Frequently asked questions
What should I include in a quote request?
Your design file (STL or 3MF) or a sketch, photo or description, plus quantity, approximate dimensions, colors, your deadline, and whether you'd like pickup or delivery.
What material do you currently print?
Standard PLA. If your part needs a different material, mention it in your request and we'll tell you whether we can help.
Can you print in multiple colors?
Yes, up to four colors in a single print. The multicolor upgrade is +$5 in the US or +₹150 in India.
How quickly can I receive a part?
It depends on the part's size and the current print queue. Your quote includes an estimated timeline. Rush jobs under 24 hours carry a 25% surcharge, when they can be accepted.
Do you ship orders?
Orders are currently fulfilled locally in Tempe, by pickup or local delivery. If you need shipping, ask in your request and we'll let you know what's possible.
What if I don't have a finished CAD file?
Send a sketch, photo, measurements or a short description of what the part needs to do. We'll review it and tell you what's needed to get it printed.
